This is a seasonal cottage with shared access on gun lake. The unit has never been occupied and is in new condition with kitchen appliances, hook up for washer and dryer and some bunk style beds. Whispering Pines allows for a dock space for each unit in the development and there is a sandy play area by the beach and play equipment in the common areas.
